ABOUT THE EVENT

Reykjavik Global Forum and the Oliver Wyman Forum will convene senior leaders to discuss actionable solutions for promoting gender inclusion, including real life success stories.

Business remains committed to inclusion. A quarter of CEOs at NYSE-listed companies plan to increase workforce inclusion in the next two years, three-quarters don’t plan to change it, and none plan to reduce it, according to a recent survey by the Oliver Wyman Forum. An even higher percentage, 64% of the 67 European CEOs who participated in a separate survey, plan to increase workforce inclusion & diversity. Our panel will discuss next steps to ensure that progress continues.

The conversation will focus on the Reykjavik Index for Leadership and the Reykjavik Action Items of promoting policies that support equal pay, equal representation, equal parental leave, and ending gender-based violence. We also will examine the latest Oliver Wyman Forum research on CEOs at NYSE-listed and European companies.

The converasation will feature:

S. Mona Sinha

Global Executive Director, Equality Now

Jennifer Barker

Global Head of Treasury Services and Depositary Receipts, BNY & Global Chair, 30% Club

Michelle Harrison

Global President, Verian Group

José Campi Portaluppi

Director of Advocacy and Communications, Equimundo

Following the event, attendees will receive a follow-up email with the main takeaways of the conversation.
