This November 500 global leaders from public & private sectors will convene in Iceland under the heading
Power, Together for Change!

This diverse and collaborative coalition of leaders from our community are called upon to share knowledge and collaborate on finding solutions benefiting global society and Women's Leadership.

Together the leaders are in pursuit of a more equitable world in which gender parity and equal rights are embedded into all aspects of decision-making and leadership.

This years programme will centre around the global adoption of the Reykjavik Action Items:

What are the successful policies establishing protections for democracy and human rights, amid today's authoritarian headwinds? How are women leaders pressing forward to protect the rule of law and to ensure fundamental rights such as freedom of expression, access to information, and equal participation in public life?

Justice & Security

Economic stability, human rights protections, and restorative approaches that address the root causes of harm are fundamental elements of modern, progressive justice systems. Exploring how fairness, accessibility, and transparency can

build trust and strengthen society is a critical mission for a gender equal world.

Health & Caregiving

Investing in health and caregiving improves individual well-being, strengthens economies and establishes social bonds.

Strong health systems and are vital for resilient, inclusive societies.

Men & Boys

Developing a culture of excellence for men and boys is essential for achieving gender equality. Together, we can promote emotional well-being, and positive engagement for men and boys in an increasingly complex world.

Culture & Sports

​​Sports and culture are deeply intertwined, reflecting and shaping societal values, identities, and norms. From the global stage of the Olympics to local communities, sports and culture are converging to advance gender equality, from equal pay to parental leave to health and care.

Artificial intelligence must be developed and governed responsibly to reinforce equality, optimize sustainability and accelerate solutions to the world's most pressing needs. How can women leaders meet the need for visionary, ethical AI solutions?
